After you placed your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp to schedule a delivery day and time.

We only deliver in Banda Ariba. We can always discuss a meeting point in if you don’t live in Banda Ariba.

RETURN POLICY

Are you not happy with the ordered product(s)? You can return your item(s) within 14 days after the invoice date*. Our return policy applies:

  1. Download our return form here and fill in all the details. Send the return form to info@ludic-curacao.com, we will discuss a day and time to redeem the returned items.
  2. We will transfer the refund of the returned items on the bank account that you filled in on our return form. You’ll receive the refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned items.

*All returned items must be unwashed & unworn.
